Bring in a heavy dose of external perspective.
Reminisce:
One idea in one slide, a good rule to have for the simple minds in the boardroom. Especially, when you are the coach.

Conceptualize a Digital Business platform that will be the key enabler of growth for a transportation & logistics provider.
The gist of the approach:
A concoction of Design thinking + Lean Startup and Agile.

We were asked to ditch the suits and embrace denims, which we gladly did.

The allure of consulting is the travel. On one such assignment in Africa, we managed a weekend visit to Zanzibar. The food, the beach and the full moon party is worth the trip. So if you are in eastern part of Africa, go to Zanzibar.

While loitering in stone town, we found a few tourists clicking pictures in front of a door. Bemused, we went to check and holy moly we found ourselves right at the place where Freddie Mercury was born. Of course, we did rock Zanzibar :)
